  • Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Franchise Director and in close cooperation with the Matrix functions you will shape the strategic positioning and development of the dealership that you represent
  • You will assume responsibility for the product range, the budget planning and the leading and steering of your management team and thus achieve the targets you set for the dealership
  • To manage a business that continually creates value for all stakeholders through the collective efforts of skilled motivated and productive employees
  • Support of loyal and delighted customers and mutually beneficial relationships with manufactures and other suppliers
  • Do the following Complete staff requisition form for authorization
  • Refer to employment equity plan and recruit in line with requirements Develop a dealership strategy for new and repeat business
  • Manage dealership financial performance Manage financial risk and inventory security Manage departmental process to satisfy customer needs Manage the vehicle and parts inventory resource
  • Manage dealership physical resources Provide required Managers Manage performance of managers
  • Lead the team to develop and maintain positive working relationships and reach objectives
  • Develop managers to improve performance Understand and implement company 10 pillars of sustainability and leadership behaviours Requirements
  • Development of the dealership by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving the business
  • Management and development of employees through disciplinary and functional guidance and target setting
  • Representation of the dealership in general
  • Currently can proof 60 + new cars, 40 used cars (Sales Turnover)
  • Big parts and service departments and good profit
  • Good management skills, communication skills and entrepreneur
  • Excellent business acumen, financial acumen and customer service
  • Good leader and motivator, create a positive culture Requirements : Qualification and Skill
  • Experience in the Automotive sector is essential
  • Focus on commercial vehicles
  • Ability to evolve and adapt with changing business needs
  • Degree / Diploma a distinct advantage
