KEY RESULT AREAS
Support the development / Improvement and the implementation of the processes, resources, models and supportive systems
Act as change manager, train and develop the team and business with process improvement activities
Initiate proposals, coordinate or take part in (multidisciplinary) projects related to Procurement
Provide reports and dashboards and translate data into relevant management information
Identify, develop and promote the best practices within and outside Heineken related to PtP
Creation and ownership of own Personal Development Plan (PDP) and on this basis working on the development targets formulated in this plan throughout the year
Work with peer group and recruit, lead, appraise and coach / mentor employees within the own team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Honours Degree or Masters in Business, Finance, Commercial, Economics or technical discipline
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Honours Degree : >
12 years relevant experience preferably within a beverages FMCG company
Masters : 7 10 years relevant experience preferably within a beverages FMCG company
Business process knowledge
Project Management experience
Strong understanding of Procurement and SAP
A drive for continuous professional development in self and others
Excellent language, self-expression
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities. Have the ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence solutions at all levels
Proactive in identifying and solving problems / issues
