Johannesburg - Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Min 2 years’ in a Managerial role in HR Min 5 years’ HR Generalist experience Open EE but incumbent should be a south African citizen by birth.

  • Duties Managing industrial relations including representation at the CCMA Partnering with business in Performance Management;
  • Talent Management; Learning & Development; Industrial Relations; Organisational Design; Organisational Effectiveness; and Employment Equity) to ensure operational excellence Support management and staff in managing performance and facilitate the implementation of the performance improvement process Facilitate Organisational Development and Change Management initiatives aligned to strategic goals Keep abreast of amendments to the labour laws and provide impact analysis and recommendations.

    Updating all HR policies and procedures and ensuring adherence Ensuring the implementation of Employment Equity policies and procedures Ensuring that all reporting is delivered as per the agreed timelines and guidelines Recruitment Selection and Placement
