JOB SUMMARY : - JOB DESCRIPTION : Purpose of this role entails being responsible for the full financial accounting function and related activities for the group.

Main duties include : Management of the financial accounting function, including inventory, debtors, creditors, VAT, fixed assets, general ledger, company taxation, cash flow, forex and insuranceReview and submission of monthly management accountsPreparation of quarterly board packsManagement of the payroll, review and sign off monthly payrollBudgeting and forecastingMonitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trendsProducing financial reports related to debtors and creditorsFacilitating the half year and year end audit processLiaison with external and internal auditorsGovernance and Compliance including improving internal controlsPerformance management of finance staff, including setting KPI"sManage finance related system and internal controls Required qualifications and experience : CA (SA)Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with specific exposure to Manufacturing and FMCGERP Systems, with Syspro knowledge advantageous
