To plan and execute inspections for new and maintenance work on project sites and ensure that work are being done in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation at Health Facilities in the Western Cape, the successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively.
These positions are based in Cape Town.
A minimum of 3 years' building construction on-site experience; A valid code B driving licence.
Key Performance Areas
Maintain and report progress consistently to the department management information system and back up documents and information on the database.
Planning and organising; Contract Management; Ability to work well within a team and independently.
R 299 709 per annum (Salary level 8).
