The ideal candidate, must have 3 -5 year's experience in Assistant Manager position and ready to move onto Store Manager position.
We are seeking candidates in or around Queenstown with the following attributes :
Exceptionally strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate must be assertive, also have fair judgement.
Must be able to work well within a team.
Some experience in managing people.
Must understand retail operations and successfully be able to run month end.
Knowledge of stock take, stock rotation and placing orders.
Able to liaise with suppliers and customers.
Must be able to handle customer complaints effectively.
Willing to work retail hours.
Ensure the store maintain it's standards and display sale items according to company guidelines.
Must be able to handle any CCMA cases, when needed.
