Ecommerce Merchant / E-Retailer
Sheet Street is looking for a passionate trader who iseager to grow themselves and grow sales to join the Ecommerce team as a EcommerceMerchant / E-Retailer / E-retailer.
The Ecommerce Merchant / E-Retailer isresponsible for ensuring products are online with the correct product price,stock, copy and attributes to ensure we achieve and exceed sales in theEcommerce store as well as creating an enjoyable experience for onlinecustomers.
Your key focus areas will include :
OnlineSales : Meet and exceed online targets by ensuring clear communication andefficient processes are in place alongside relevant teams and fulfilment storesto contribute to the overall growth and sales of Sheet Street.
Stock Service Levels : Respond to stock service levelsonce products are live on the Sheet Street website and ensure product placementis on correct product listing pages to allow ease of reference for customerslooking for key products.
To further highlight via upsell and cross sell, itemswhich would both compliment the hero product as well as generate interest toincrease basket size
Quality Control : Evaluate images, product descriptors andcopy for online and liaise with merchants where necessary to allow for accurateinformation to be relayed to customers to increase basket size.
Liaise withbuying teams with regards to product updates which would require updated imagesand copy to match .To ensure an attentive eye towards images which may not bein conformance with our values and bring these to the attention of the relevantteams for immediate corrective action.
Marketing : Liaise with marketing teams to ensure allitems for upcoming campaigns are in stock in the relevant online fulfilmentstores as well as check pricing is correct.
Conduct after campaign analysis todetermine areas of success or improvement for future trade.
Merchandise Categorisation : Responsible for creating andloading appropriate categories. Activate and deactivate categories as perbusiness rules.
Administration and Reporting : Prepare weekly reports forcurrent trade, working collaboratively with the merchant teams to ensuresufficient stock levels within the different categories.
Make recommendationsor improvements to enhance the customer experience utilising both sales data aswell as Google Analytics.
Provide insight to the digital marketing team onwhich products have led customers to the online site & their subsequentbuying & browsing behavior.
Customer care : Liaise with the customer care departmentto timeously attend to customer requests & complaints.
