We are urgently looking for an HR Generalist with a strong background in Industrial Relations to join one of our clients in the Retail FMCG space.

Key Focus Areas :

  • Disciplinary Management
  • Performance Management
  • CCMA Experience from conciliation through to arbitration
  • Collective Bargaining experience
  • Union Management
  • Wage Negotiation
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Thorough understanding of all labour legislation (EEA, BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act
  • 3- 5 years HR Generalist experience in the Retail Industry
  • Extensive Industrial Relations experience
  • Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree / Diploma
