DUTIES :
Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, draft memos and prepare communications on the executives behalf
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
Organize meetings, including scheduling and send out reminders
Draft minutes of meetings
Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Manage the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and group transport
REQUIREMENTS :
Matric (Tertiary education advantageous)
Own transport (non-negotiable)
Property / Real Estate experience (non-negotiable)
Work-from-home set up
Time management + meet deadlines skill
Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
