Requirements

Extensive supervisory experience relating to maintenance of underground mining equipment

Excellent command of English language both verbal and written and ability to communicate effectively with senior management

Duties will include :

Manage the equipment maintenance with maximum cost effectiveness and capital profit.

Spare parts utilization management

Coordination of Root Cause Analysis processes

Analysis of breakdowns and damages to equipment

Equipment performance management

Complete responsibility for maintenance resources on site

staff training, management and HR

Recommend equipment maintenance plans and schedules

Responsible for health and safety
