Manages customer service through Branch operations.
monitors Repair Event Cycle Time and implements improvements within the branches.
Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits.
Encourages a culture of corporate responsibility for the benefit of employees and the communities in which Cummins operates.
Manages, develops, and motivates employees; completes, agrees to and monitors work plans and Individual Development Plans for Branch Managers.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.
Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
Close liasing within Cummins BU, aiming at the highest efficiency.
Sales responsibility in the range of $ 20 m to $ 30 m year upon year which is attributed to growth.
Mining business in Kathu comprise of 60% of Cummins business with vast complexity. The long- term objective is to diversify the business.
The Area Manager’s key focus is to develop new light dealers within Kathu / area of responsibility.
Plan in conjunction with key customers demand, in special with Mine clients, Service exchange engines and parts.
Develop new business when possible, adjusting to the economy fluctuations.
Strong focus on continuous improvements within Branch, especially of service areas.
Strong focus on Sales Capabilities, working closely with CAME Sales Management.
