POSITION INFO :
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Work closely with Marketing Team in creating, writing, editing, and publishing social media plan
Assist in preparation of marketing tools such as advertising, brochures, posters, etc.
Responsible for all social media, online advertising and email marketing activities.
Create multi-media advertisements, publications, informational packets and promotional materials
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
Provide inputs to the marketing budget.
Liaison with media and advertising agencies.
Operate as an effective member and leader in fostering the defined cultural environment
Manage all branding and promotional items.
Design al marketing collateral
Responsible for all Social Media platforms and creating content
Responsible for planning al events (Exhibitions, conferences, Year-end function etc.)
Responsible for Communication of the company Internal and External
Responsible to make sure all strategies in the Marketing department are in place and working
Responsible for all communication strategies and implementation thereof
Educational Requirements :
Relevant marketing qualification (Diploma / Degree)
Experience and Skills Required :
At least 3 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Advanced computer skills (marketing related computer packages)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Strong communication and organizational skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
