The successful incumbent will be very passionate about financial planning, analyzing the business, take responsibility for forecasting, prepare annual budgets and making recommendations for improvement of processes.

You will also have experience with mentorship and providing leadership to large number of financial professionals in various teams.

Make sure to lead and facilitate the achievement of annual goals and targets to ensure profitability and revenue growth.

Provide financial leadership and strategic perspective in developing and monitoring business plans to achieve profit and growth objectives.

Facilitate standard reporting processes such as working capital, month end reporting and annual statement of operations.Take control of compliance with local tax, financial, and accounting regulations.

Provides direction, support and ensures compliance on balance sheet analysis, audits and internal control standards.Take control of budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, cash management, balance sheet, financial reporting and systems and financial risk management.

Facilitate the business planning processes.Lead the execution of finance and accounting responsibilities.Implement appropriate metrics and controls to manage business risks.

Coordinate and direct work groups to address common issues.

Build effective working relationship external customers and auditors.
