Besides this, the city has lots to offer in terms of culture with lots of restaurants, galleries, museums and shops!As a Customer Advisor you will answer incoming queries via phone, email and live chat from your customer.
Providing information, solving problems and building client relationships are all important in this role. A varied and busy role which suits an enthusiastic candidate who is motivated to deliver outstanding service.

If successful, the initial training period of around 5 months will be completed in their UK based office in London. Company accommodation will be provided for you in London.
Once your work visa for South-Africa is sorted by the company, it will be time to relocate to Cape Town where you will join a fantastic international team in a stunning location.
