Proficiency in Excel advantageous Able to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies Responsibilities : Enhance the efficiency of the ERP end users : Primary point of contact for system support to a growing user base Support Syspro 6.
1, Syspro 7, Syspro8 and SysproPOS at a 1st line lvl by attending to tickets logged and updating end users with status changes Assist in supporting 3rd party modules for Syspro Assist in developing processes, application training, and accompanying documentation Maintain data continuity, security, and system functionality : Ensure system readiness and functionality throughout Understand and maintain business processes that are implemented in Syspro Work cross functionally : Collaborate with system development, third party application support, and internal stakeholders to resolve any integration or network issues as needed Personal Characteristics : Eye for detail Not apprehensive to phone calls and after hours communication required to resolve issues Adaptable and react to changes in the business but can also think proactively and anticipate needs as we continue to grow Strong collaborative approach and are able to build effective relationships, drive user satisfaction and resolve pain points with a sense of urgency which you do with a smile.
