To assist the sales department with administration in order for the Sales Consultants to concentrate on their core function of generating revenue.

The purpose of this role is also to generate increased sales volumes by ensuring all development opportunities are maximized through making appointments for the Experts and selling over the telephone where appropriate, along with servicing a set amount of existing clientele telephonically, thereby ensuring an excellent sales experience for all existing and potential customers.

To also enhance, extend and retain the company / divisions business through support function to all internal and external customers.

Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities To assist the sales department with administration in order for the Sales Consultants to concentrate on their core function of generating revenue.

Works alongside the regional sales manager and regional business manager to ensure successful delivery of regional sales projects.

Establishes a systematic course of action for self to ensure accomplishment of sales objectives and goals. Attends sales meetings and contributes as necessary on own individual performance, prepares for manager review meetings and completes sales opportunity activity reports accurately and on time.

Customer reviews on contracts signed and installations done in the previous month. Booking of appointments in conjunction with Multi regional projects New sales prospects, terminated portfolio, jobbing and product sales.

Existing customer cross selling Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and always acts with customers in mind, meeting their expectations and requirements.

Establishes and details customers needs, competently demonstrates the benefits of RI's products and services and responds appropriately to a customers requirements Requirements Tertiary qualification (advantageous) Matric or Equivalent 3-5 years admin sales experience Computer use competency- MS Office (Word / Gmail)Above average Excel SkillsProficiency in ICABS Essential, Microsoft Office and Google apps Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self motivated and driven Must be able to reconcile services to portfolio Work efficiently, effectively, accurately under pressure and with minimal supervision Benefits Are you interested?
