OverviewResponsible for product planning and execution through the product lifecycle of business solutions that allow customers to manage, control, automate and achieve regulatory compliance for their electrical and energy systems.


entails gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the long-and short-term product vision, and working closely with engineering, and service delivery teams to define the core products, and ensure revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets are met.

The incumbent must also ensure that the market and channels strategies are correctly aligned to the identified market segments.

Responsibilities?Define the long-term and strategy for the organizational product offering?Drive communication and strategy to all stakeholders ?

Define the product strategy and roadmap and deliver market requirements definitions and product requirements with features and correspondence.

  • Manage from concept to design, initial production, testing, forecast, cost, production, promotion support and product -end of life targeted, solution offerings of software and hardware capabilities.
  • Deliver to the operating plan; the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue profit and return on investment for all channels of the business ?
  • Bring new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return on-investment analyses, establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.

  • Provide inputs for formulating marketing activities in conjunction with the marketing team through research, strategic planning, and implementation planning?
  • Compile the business plan and present to senior management for approval and updates, keeping track of costs and aligning to budget, within timeframes and specifications.

  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing technology implementation, hardware production and sales cost?
  • Support business design process for the solution by defining user journey, customer life cycles and business processes, preparing wireframes and flow diagrams


  • Strong experience in defining and launching excellent products ?Demonstrate skills or certification in product management ?
  • 8 years of experience in Energy Management Consulting or Energy Systems Finance market ?Bachelors degree in business or Marketing (MBA preferred)?

    Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGeneral Skills and Attributes?Strong communication : highly skilled in working with both local and remote stakeholders?

    Attention to detail, thorough analysis, and strong analytical capability?Business analysis solution design skills and technical knowledge in Energy Management applications?

    Strong team motivation and leadership with clear definition and communication of expectations, objectives, and product vision.
