Keep reading!Your key job responsibilities as the GM : Human Capital Management Deployment in Johannesburg will include : -

Plan the strategic execution for a successful adoption of the program at an OpCo level- Lead the creation of the program strategy in line with the overarching business goals-

Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models and roadmaps-

Accountable for the assessment of any interdependencies on relevant processes, compliance and structure- Accountable for business readiness assessment on an on-

going basis and escalate any critical impediments- Build and manage a high performing team by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development-

Source, induct, and manage talent in accordance with legislative guidelines- Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management-

Review and finalise objectives, targets and budgets- Provide relevant budget for internal projectsRequirements for this GM : Human Capital Management Deployment job in Johannesburg : -

Degree in Business, IT, HR would be beneficial- Project Management qualification would be beneficial- Oracle Cloud certification would be an advantage-

ERP Project experience- Experience of Business Readiness Check and Business Readiness Review methodology- Experience in Change Management and Business Adoption-

Experience in ERP Implementation- Knowledge of End to End Process Design Documents- Knowledge of HLSDs, IDD-s and Config Documents-

Overall -15 years of work experience- - years of relevant working experience- 6 years of experience in senior position- 6 years of relevant functional HR experience preferably in a mid to senior position in HR with experience spanning across various domains of finance-

Experience in the service management of business operations
