KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Carry out all investigations assigned to the Branch

Conduct thorough investigations

Formulate investigations report

Investigate and analyze related information

Active involvement in recruitment of informers

Record statistics on a daily basis

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all investigative issues

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Computer Proficiency

Firearm Competency (Handgun and Shotgun)

Basic Ambulance Assistant experience is mandatory

3-5 years of direct experience in investigations

3-5 years of experience in the Security Industry

SAPS; Military or Correctional Services experience is essential

Forensic investigations experience will be advantageous

COMPETENCIES :

Excellent People Management skills

Exceptional Administration skills

Excellent Organizational skills in order to meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong commitment to service and quality standards as well as Client Satisfaction
