Minimum Requirements : Microsoft Office - Word and Excel. 1-2 years administrative experience. Advantageous : Degree / Diploma in a Finance related field.

Responsibilities : Perform various control checks on pending withdrawals to determine if they should be approved or declined.

Prepare batches of payments and send supporting documents where necessary to Treasury. Complete transactions on the internal software (Syx) once they have been checked and approved.

Ensure that payments are processed as timely as possible to uphold our level of customer service. Assist the deposits department and the Withdrawals Administrators to resolve customer queries relating to Withdrawals.

Assist in the updating of Banking details and the queries that may relate to them. Notify clients when withdrawal requests are not approved and further documentation is required.

Assist customers with all queries. Assist the Withdrawals Supervisors with their daily reconciliations to ensure payments are balanced for the day.

Ad hoc functions as required. Skills and competencies : Good communication and Interpersonal skills. Impressive planning, organisational and time management skills.

Good business acumen and high ethical work standards. Ability to multitask and show initiative at all times. Ability to work under pressure and still produce good quality results timeously.

Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
