  • Experience in working across international Markets Australia, USA, UK etc Your role will include (but is not limited to) :
  • Trouble-shooting technical software related enquiries via phone, online webinar and tickets.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'
  • Up-skilling and assisting clients in using our software solutions.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)
  • Assisting our developers and testing the developers' work.
  • Complete assigned custom Templates work along with Venue Software Builds. Additional Information
  • Located conveniently in the CBD.
  • Shift times are from 10am to 7pm or 5pm to 2am Strong support & software experience at least 1-2years Hospitality experience would be an added bonus Engaged with International clients (telephonically or face to face) Available to rotate shifts from UK to USA when required Must have experience with HTML & CSS Matric Company Description We are currently recruiting for a Cloud-Based Software Support Analyst for a company based in the CBD area.
