  • 5years working experience of which 2 years must be management experience
  • Must have experience of at least 2 - 4years in leading a team or others
  • Previous Financial software package experience essential (Syspro and or VIP Premier)
  • Computer Literate
  • Manufacturing experience is preferable
  • To manage the financial management and ensure profitability and ongoing performance as set out by the business budget.

  • Prepare, Collate and Present the annual business unit budgets.
  • Review and manage budget quarterly.
  • Prepare, Collate and present the business unit forecasts : Income statements, Capital Budgets.
  • Prepare, Collate and Distribute monthly management reports : Flash and Management Accounts.
  • Review General Ledger Reconciliations.
  • Complete Bi-annual statutory packs.
  • Complete bi-annual TAX Compilations.
  • Compile annual financial statements.
  • Liaise with GM''s and Ops Manager in relation to report requirements.
  • Manage Fixed Assets.
  • Administration and Authorization of company payments.
  • Embark on regular site visits.
  • Ensure Compliance with Policies and Procedures.
  • Implementation on Policies and Procedures and onsite training.
  • Develop templates for operational financial reporting.
  • Liaise with all parties related to compliance, auditing and or financial management.
  • Support contact managers and operations managers with operational financial aspects.
  • Review the internal audit status update.
  • Manage the payroll staff activities to ensure the payroll is effective.
  • Review and approve weekly and monthly payroll runs.
  • Authorize payroll payments : SARS, Staff, Benefits and Statutory returns.
  • Distributions and Delegation of payroll and benefit queries.
  • Manage the onsite Financial Processes in terms of Policies & Procedures, Performance Management, Training & Development, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Discipline, etc.
  • Create an effective working environment.
  • Conduct Financial in house on the job training.
  • Manage the day to day activities of staff.
