Our client is a successful Property Group based in Gardens, we are is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager. They offer their clients a unique turnkey-key solution to their management requirements.

Job Role :

  • Direct point of contact for trustees and members
  • Respond to all queries in a 24-hour period
  • Advise trustees and members on legislative matters regarding Sectional Title and HOA
  • Prepare and send out notices for AGM’s and Trustee meeting
  • Attend AGM’s and Trustee Meetings (after hours Monday- Thursday)
  • Recording / completing all minutes from AGM’s and Trustee meetings attended
  • Management of Insurance Policies and all related claims
  • Sending out monthly / quarterly Trustee reports
  • Bringing all levy arrears to trustees’ attention
  • Dealing with all matters related to CSOS
  • Preparing budgets for Trustee / Owners approval
  • Management of all required maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled)
  • Assisting the Property Manager with project management tasks
  • Scheme rule management and changes
  • Compiling and distributing all resolutions and letters to members and trustees
  • Following up on all fines and infringements from members and tenants
  • Point of contact for building managers
  • Management of gate access systems and list of members
  • Qualification

  • Degree / Diploma level (Property / Financial or legal advantageous)
  • Paddocks Sectional Title course
  • Experience & Skills

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Highly organized
  • Problem solving and dealing with demanding clients
  • Customer service focused
  • Computer literate & use of technology
  • Attention to detail
  • Good understanding of accounts and numbers

  • Able to work after hours
  • Clear health, criminal and credit record
  • Own transport
  • Clear list of references
