  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
  • Role based between Johannesburg, Bloemfontein and Cape Town
  • Grow Client''s market share on all product ranges.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, Competitor activities, market segment strategies.
  • Develop and execute an annual growth plan.
  • Develop and execute marketing promotions and strategies.
  • Maximizing opportunities by making regular customer visits to existing customers and potential new customers
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the industry.
  • Partners with sales channels available to provide technical support.
  • Contributes towards sales objectives and strategic goals by working as a team with all sales staff.
  • Serves as main point of contact between customer and internal sales.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations, and following up on all outstanding matters.
  • Ensures a healthy relationship is build and kept in respect of customer accounts, through partnering up with them to achieve strategies and goals and offering training.
  • Manage sales cycle effectively from identifying an opportunity to purchase order placement.
  • Keep all customer information up to date and current.
  • Prepare and submit Company technical and commercial proposals for products / services in response to the customer’s request.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
  • Have strong people skills.
  • Completes special projects assigned by management on a timely basis.
  • Performs other various duties as assigned.
