Human Resource Business Partner needed for a leading construction company in Gauteng!This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to do recruitment and personnel management, co-coordinating service awards and functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, employment equity, handling grievances and disciplinary procedures and performing adhoc duties.
Ideally you will have a Honours Degree related to Human Resources.
A minimum of 6 years experience as HR Generalist in a engineering environment is essential.
