Duties include but not limited to :

  • Help to maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to
  • General office administration such as maintaining the general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the companys operations.
  • Procurement - Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
  • To sort and distribute mail and responding to emails
  • Prepare documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
  • Travel coordination and appointment scheduling.
  • Answering the switchboard and direct calls
  • Coordinate and manage the conference room as well as appointments and meetings,
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
  • Adhoc duties
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • 3 years + prior experience as an Office Administrator / Receptionist
  • Clean criminal record
  • South African
  • Drivers License
  • Non - Smoker
  • Must be Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • To preferably reside in Alberton or surrounding areas
