Experience in a technical environment (technical competence in understanding software, hardware, networks, data flow, etc) is essential.

This includes securing business from designated key prospects; presenting to prospects and closing the sale.
Thereafter, the Senior Account Manager is expected to proactively manage the account.
The Senior Account Manager position includes research, consultation, presentations, keeping up with electronic trends and offering strategic marketing advice, plus day-to-day management of account activities.
