This will also include managing resources, ensuring that processes are adhered to, opportunities are identified for, and driving throughout the team.
Will be responsible for the development for direct reports through leading team meetings, one on one discussions with the team, increasing engagement and development and other activities as is necessary Reports into the Operations manager and is expected to be an advocate for the operational mission, the operations manager is attempting to achieve Job Description Support the customer logistics strategy for SA in the area of responsibility.

Undertake relevant induction training with new members of the team Start and end shift procedures Ensure all quality and safety standards are adhered to and championed as necessary To operate in a safe working manner and be responsible for H+S within designated areas, and ensure all prescribed PPE is used correctly by each team member Understand all departmental processes Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are adhered to for product field actions, expiry management, and processing of stock inspections Manage vendor relationships for suppliers and driver relationships Take responsibility for identifying areas of improving and assisting in the implementation of actions relating to these Lead and implement projects within the team and cross-
