2 years’ experience in operations or logistics including a Customer facing role 3-5 years’ Stockroom experience 3-5 years’ Management experience of larger teams 1-

2 years’ experience in People and Project Management Experience with Business Process Analysis (desirable) Experience with reverse logistics and consignment type business (such as medical device, healthcare markets) (desirable) MFG experience (desirable) Microsoft Office / MFG Pro / Future Applicable ERP Must be willing to travel in SA and possibly Overseas Role Purpose Will be expected to work with team in managing, prioritising and organising the daily workload and operational area.

This will also include managing resources, ensuring that processes are adhered to, opportunities are identified for, and driving throughout the team.

Will be responsible for the development for direct reports through leading team meetings, one on one discussions with the team, increasing engagement and development and other activities as is necessary Reports into the Operations manager and is expected to be an advocate for the operational mission, the operations manager is attempting to achieve Job Description Support the customer logistics strategy for SA in the area of responsibility.

This will require an operational review of all processes, procedures, and resources to meet the performance objectives of the team Leading & motivating the workforce Recruitment for open positions Development of staff Take responsibility and support the operational manager in achieving departmental and divisional KPIs and objectives Conduct regular one on one meetings with direct reports Write and deliver performance reviews Construct individual development plans for employees Manage effective communications with the team to deliver operational targets, issues and briefings are effectively delivered Accurately monitor and use relevant production KPIs to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance Utilise team members effectively to deliver agreed targets to required quality and output Ensure all team members are trained and capable to undertake required tasks This will include all training sessions for audit purposes Documenting all training sessions for audit purposes Ensure team members are only employed on tasks they are trained to do.

Undertake relevant induction training with new members of the team Start and end shift procedures Ensure all quality and safety standards are adhered to and championed as necessary To operate in a safe working manner and be responsible for H+S within designated areas, and ensure all prescribed PPE is used correctly by each team member Understand all departmental processes Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are adhered to for product field actions, expiry management, and processing of stock inspections Manage vendor relationships for suppliers and driver relationships Take responsibility for identifying areas of improving and assisting in the implementation of actions relating to these Lead and implement projects within the team and cross-

functional, to further improve the department, resulting in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing efficiency, lower costs and optimised inventory levels Take responsibility for both your own engagement and assist in driving engagement in the department.
