Summary : Our Client, one of the leading distributors of replacement automotive parts and glass products in Southern Africa has an opportunity for a Human Resources Executive to join their senior team.
The HR Executive will be responsible and accountable for the vision and the strategy, driving the internal culture as well as best practice through the entire Human Resource function throughout the company nationally.
Minimum Qualifications required :
A relevant post-graduate HR degree;
Specialist HR certification.
Experience required :
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role within an organization of 1000 staff members or bigger;
Demonstrable achievement within the full spectrum Human Resource function;
Experience in Process and infrastructure, Training, Job Profiling, Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, Industrial Relations and Integration of technology into business process.

A passionate, driven, energetic, credible and sophisticated person with exceptional EQ who is able to integrate and perform effectively within the senior team;
