As Human Resources Coordinator, you will be accountable for : Providing administrative support within the HR Team and the project, contributing to a responsive HR service across the range of operational areasAdminister and maintain all HRIS systems including Oracle and PageUp ensuring data is always up to datePrepare and administer employment documentation including but not limited to the preparation of transfers, secondments, promotions and terminationsAct as liaison between employees & payroll as requiredAssist in the coordination of training bookings and maintaining the project Training Needs AnalysisAssist in the implementation of the project Reward and Recognition frameworkSupport the roll out of the project Health and Wellbeing programAssist in the preparation of reporting including but not limited to monthly client, monthly project reporting, recruitment activity reporting and other business activity reporting Requirements for this role are : Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workloadTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business would be highly regardedPrevious experience in an HR Administrator / Coordinator roleIntermediate to advanced computer skillsEffective interpersonal and written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated decision making, negotiation and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict in a high stress environmentDemonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills CPB Contractors is the CIMIC Group's construction company and a leading international construction contractor, with operations across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
