Telesales / Order Clerk We seek a professional and well-spoken individual to assist with the day to day order processing and administration.

Main Duties Include : Calling on existing clients to follow up on new ordersProviding excellent client serviceManaging and building relationships with existing clients Processing of ordersEnsuring all orders and deliveries on running smoothlyDealing with client queriesAssisting Sales ManagerWorking towards Branch Sales Budget and ensuring the order target is metSales reportingFollowing up and generating of leadsGeneral office administrationAssist with packaging and other general office support

Requirements

Matric is essentialAt least 2 years relevant experienceMust have an excellent telephone mannerBe professional and well spokenMust have good interpersonal skills and relate well with peopleIdeally have own reliable transportBe fully computer literate.
