Commercial Broker - Property Development - Midrand Description Our client is expanding their Commercial sales team and is looking for a dynamic, hardworking go-getter who will have the opportunity to maintain their Commerical property rentals in the Midrand area.
The ideal person will be a qualified real estate agent, should be charismatic, ambitious and professional - a real hunter that thrives on closing deals.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as a good business sense as meeting targets and earning commission are key parts of the role.
Key Accountabilities : Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases Action and manage incoming leads on salesforce.
Call and secure viewing appointments with potential clients. Ensure that marketing is set up around the site. Present and Show the commercial park to potential clients.
Convince potential clients to lease units in the commercial park. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
Maintains strong broker relationships in order to fill vacancies. Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
