National Diploma in Project Management, Public / Business Administration or related

5 Years relevant experience in Project Administration

A Driver’s license

Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point

Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities

  • Administer all documentation in support of project execution
  • Provide administration functions in support of financial administration & project procurement
  • Provide administration functions in support of contract administration
  • Monitor and update project progress
  • Administer requisitions, purchase order, payments
  • Perform in all aspects that support meeting functions for projects and the department
  • Provide administrative support in liaison on internal and external stakeholders
  • Advise and ensure compliance with regards to all relevant policies and procedures of the department and CPUT
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager
