Provide technical support via counter sales, tele sales, email. Servicing the OEM’s, Consulting Engineers and the end users.
Back office support to sales engineers. Control operations in stores logistics Loading Purchase orders. Completing backorder reports and continuously giving the customer updates on order.
Communicates directly with customers on all delivery and engineering change issues. Communicates any supplier discrepancies to suppliers, appropriate materials personnel and management on all shifts.
Negotiating Prices with suppliers Stock control Inventory stock takes Managing deliveries Manage switchboard, answering and screening calls.
Meeting & greeting customers Managing of the store Screening of emails Location (country, city) : Durban Job Qualification & Experience : Excellent communication ( verbal and written) and organising skills.

Experience in Internal sales and managing a store is a requirement of the position. Able to work independently and as a team.
You will be required to move or carry heavy equipment on occasions, important that you care able to move and picky up heavy parts etc when required.
