About The Role : Management of the Production schedule, Daily resource allocation, Material Availability and assisting with Build Issues to ensure orders are delivered on time.
monitor production delays and delay schedule to ensure timely release of orders. Produce SOS requirements Forward plan and manage technical issues of future build list.
To assist and implement TOC & LEAN Improvements to ensure Product Quality, Cost and optimal Process Times. All process Improvements will be recorded and updated as required.
Perform Routine QC Checks and Progress Inspections; maintain the process flows and works instructions. Develop Works Instructions as required.
Ensure sound Maintenance of Equipment, Upholding of Production Consumables, tools and Safety Checks. Form part of the OHS Committee.
Conduct all Administration duties assigned to the production process as required, including Leave arrangements, Time Keeping, Disciplinary procedures and other related functions.
act as the incident investigator and implement solutions to reduce risks and increase safety. Complete all relevant Checklists and Audits.
Construct Staff training plan to overlap Shortfalls and conduct Training as required. Manage Production planning system, reports and system Issues.
Skills requirement : Production management Techniques, process control and improvement methods (TOC, Lean, Other). Staff Motivation and Discipline through the reward and disciplinary procedures.
KPI Setting and Management (Delivery, Quality, Quantity) Upholding and implementing of Health and Safety regulations Knowledge and Understanding of ISO QC documentation and procedures Experience in LRA, Disciplinary and labour issues.
Relationship management upstream and downstream clients ( Sales, Drawings and Stores) Basic Understanding of Electricity, calculations and Test Methods PC Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
