ROLE RESPONSIBILITY : Effective performance of Labour relations function in relation to disciplinary matter : Competent representation of the company in dismissal disputes referred to the CCMA for Conciliation and Arbitration To effectively preside all disciplinary hearings within the region and ensure that all matters are dealt with consistently and that the guidelines as set out in the LRA as well as the company disciplinary procedure is applied Maintain accurate disciplinary dockets and records of proceedings Liaise with HRBP over matters requiring input and guidance Effectively manage diary and calendar to meet SLA timeframes Ensure compliance with Company policy and ensure effective reporting : Ensure employees are aware of the company rules and regulations Compile reports on statistics and trends for Management Keep an active case register (CCMA, discipline and Labour Court) THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Knowledge : South African Labour Legislation G4S HR Policy and Procedures HR Systems and Pratices CCMA procedures Grade 12 Certificate Human Resource qualification / Industrial Relations qualification 4 years experience
