  • Assisting Tender Manager to oversee all tenders and processes
  • Contribution in cost and price calculations
  • Making sure all tender documents are in order to submit
  • Liaising with sales consultants as well as new clients
  • Assist with sourcing Tenders from different portals on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
  • Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with required details, including full and accurate costs
  • Collate with internal services to support preparation of the necessary information with regards to legal, financials, operations etc.
  • Support to all other departments with tender-related issues and tender submissions
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation and its suppliers and customers
