Purpose of the role :
The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing and people management for his / her branch.
Matric. Minimum of two years managerial experience People management skill Sales and Marketing qualification will be an advantage
2 years proven track record in micro finance or banking
Knowledge and Skills :
Financial Management : Continuously manage and monitor branch performance Business / Compliance Management : Ensure that the sum of branch daily / monthly are 100% accurate and are balanced every day Sales and Marketing Management : Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance People Management : Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance
Additional Requirements :
Microsoft Office skills or equivalent No criminal record Clear ITC Honesty Punctuality and ability to lead a team Interpersonal skills Sales skills Numeracy skills Following Requirements for Internal Applications : BM / BC Collection rate must be above 90% Retro Recons must be balanced 100% every month.
Monthly Master 100% Your last 6 Months Sales Report + BC growth / BM Branch Growth Internal Audits and Branch Compliance must be 90%+ No Final Written Warnings on your Name Must be able to think out of the box and must have decision making skills Must be Pro-
