Looking for individuals with 4+ years experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment.

Applicants must be skilled in following recipes and cooking meals according to set standards and strict guidelines.

Experience in an up-market environment preferred.

Looking for someone who is skilled in stock management, variances and food cost reporting.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the ability to work under pressure.

Ability to run a pass essential.

Salary R 13000 - 16000 K depending on experience.
