end business results, in order to ensure optimal business development Description : To ensure continuous enforcement of new and existing marketing strategies through Broker / External Partner relationships.
To effectively build, maintain and manage new and existing partner relationships as well as relationships within the department and the company Group.
To proactively source new brokers, on-boarding, grow the companys share of wallet within panel of brokers, provide ongoing support and servicing to brokers panelled.
To proactively identify new business opportunities within panel of brokers Manage & mitigate risks ie reputational, quality of business, commission, legislation and fraud by ensuring sounds business practise procedures and controls are implemented and adhered to within panel of brokers.
To ensure up-to-date financial services industry and market knowledge, as well as internal products, processes is continuously maintained.
To achieve targets of leads, sales, closing, book growth on portfolio across all relevant product lines. To ensure External Partners are continuously up to date with regards to training, products and processes in order to drive sales and ensure adherence to business and statutory requirements.
To enhance External Partner relationships through continuous motivational sales support and recognition To facilitate the effective resolution of any External Partner queries or complaints as and when required.
To ensure the operating model delivers contracted services to new and existing External Partners Leverage all available information from our External partners, the industry and internally to ensure we are constantly reviewing our departmental processes, systems and protocols with a view to improve efficiencies Meet or exceed required service standards Partner Service expectations must be met at all times.
Requirements : Level of Education Grade 12 (Standard 10) and / or NQF level 4 BCom or similar Graduate FAIS accreditation (60 credits) Experience : Minimum 3-
4 years work experience in sales and distribution in the long term insurance(preferably Intermediated) Marketing or sales experience in related industries (banking / financial / insurance / business services) advantageous Knowledge & Skills : Sales, administration, marketing and investment principles Good investment & risk product knowledge.
Good understanding of investment principles, asset classes, investment risk profile, investment objectives, implication of tax on investment portfolio and sound investment advice.
Working understanding of the risk & investment industry in terms of products, legislation and distribution Good working knowledge of FAIS, FICA and Collective investment scheme act.
