Company Description Join us as an Employee Benefits Time Administrator to ensure that all inputs into the Time Management function are captured timeously and accurately.

  • dentistry to glassmaking; pacemakers to petroleumrefining. Job Description The Employee Benefits Time Administrator is responsible for efficient and accurate administration, input and reporting of time related information on the SAP Time Management system to the prescribed standards.

    Other responsibilities will include : Effective administrative support of Time Management by ensuring all received employee shift adjustment inputs are timeously captured on SAP.

    Ensuring that reports are printed according to the prescribed standard and distributed to the relevant supervisor and are registered in the applicable logbook for follow up.

    Ensuring that records are filed and stored for Auditing purposes. This role is in the Production Department at a C1 level reporting to the Employee Benefits Officer Time and T& A.

    Qualifications Grade12 Experience Minimum 1 year experience in SAP 409 Time Management module Knowledge and Skills Computer literate in Microsoft Office Ability to work Shifts Additional Information What we offer When you join Anglo American, you can expect to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
