The five business clusters (Personal Finance, Investments, Emerging Markets, Corporate, and Short-term insurance) house the Group’s business operations.

The Group Office serves as the glue’ that keeps the Group together by providing strategic direction and support to the five clusters to assist them in meeting their business objectives.

The Group Office is responsible for the Group’s centralised functions, which include : Finance, Actuarial and Risk Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, Market Development and Brand Services.

What will you do? Performs secretarial and general office duties (telephone calls, filing of confidential correspondence, typing et cetera) for either one or more employees.

Should be proficient in related computer software products. May use shorthand. Works under intermittent supervision. What will make you successful in this role?

Personal Assistant duties : o Diary management o General office management and administration for the team o Filing o E-mail and telephone management o Travel and accommodation arrangements for team o Typing and preparation of documents from normal memoranda to complex spreadsheets and presentations o Internal & external communications / liaison with key service providers, industry and role-players Administrative duties : o Information support database management CA Training Programme : o Trainee support o Compliance monitoring o Event organisation Adhoc tasks Qualifications Grade 12 and Diploma / Certificate with 2 to 4 years related experience.
