Permanent Snr Administration Coordinator Excellent opportunity for a BComm graduate with 2 years post-degree experience to join a well established and reputable organisation within the agricultural industry.

Duties will include : Contracts Do costing on transactions Ensure sales contracts are signed Compile internal sales contracts Invoicing Invoice and safe all relevant documentation Sending invoices to clients Credit notes Generate and distribute pro-forma invoices Capture of external invoices Prepare creditors invoices for payments Capture invoice with correct contracts Load and capture transport invoice Stock Complete stock reports Stock control in various warehouses Stock adjustments Annual stock confirmation Requirements : Relevant degree (B.
