Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Production / Factory manager with at least 6 years experience in a similar role in the FOOD / PACKAGING / FMCG INDUSTRIES.

to manage day-to-day operational aspects of their factory and ensure operational controls. Manage the correct execution of all production processes and ensure the quality of the product is maintained at all times for storage to packing.

Monitor inefficiencies and propose areas for improvement, whilst operating the plant at its optimum capacity. I do need someone with WCM and Lean 6 Sigma experience as you will implement this in the plant.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE A TERTIARY QUALIFICATION - Chem Eng, Production, Industrial Eng or Equivalent.

Skills

Assertive leader, good project management skills and good report-writing skills.
