Reporting into the CEO of Strive Marketing Services (Pty) LTD , as the Business PerformanceManager in our Call Centre division, you support the development of processes to improve theperformance of our network of Call Centre clients to ensure superior sales and earnings for Strive.
Support them in enhancing their performance on a daily basis. You design and implementmanagement tools & KPIs to measure and optimize the operations of our data team and work withthe clients to optimize the processes, not within our control.
