You will be responsible for :

  • To effectively manage the Recruitment Desk within a dedicated client environment ensuring target levels are met in accordance with SLA and that relationships are secured with clients and suppliers
  • Management of the entire recruitment process
  • Ensuring all legal / required documentation is completed, signed and filed accordingly
  • Strict adherence to client recruitment deadlines
  • Management of vendor performance through SLAs
  • Maintaining and developing client relations - regular one on one interaction with hiring managers so as to fully understand the individual business areas and requirements
  • Must have the ability to manage and adapt to different working styles and preferences of the various hiring manager's needs
  • Sourcing suitable candidates according to job requirements from the client
  • Proactively sourcing and talent pooling candidates as per client requirements
  • Obtaining detailed sourcing brief from the client
  • Providing feedback to both candidate and client
  • Generating relevant reports
  • Ensuring all integrity and verification checks are performed
  • Dealing with all queries and correspondence
  • Requirements :

  • 2-3 years recruitment experience (essential)
  • Proven placement track record (essential)
  • Clear criminal and credit checks
  • Contactable references
  • Must have own car and valid driver's license
