Requirements : Grade 121 years in accounting environment or relevant experience with debit order administrationExposure to accounting systemsWorking knowledge of MS office suiteIntermediate knowledge of excelMain purpose : All debit orders are processed accurately, timeously and in accordance with company policyDebit order processingSubmit debit order batches to bank / online platformManage debit order rejection processesMeasure and manage all debit orders in trackingReconcile successful debit order submissions against bank statementsPrepare and submit accurate reports within set deadlinePrepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly debit order reportsReview collection reports and identifies areas of concern
