The incoming head chef will be taking over from a very strong candidate who is returning to family overseas who has been with the company for 6 years and achieved great success with positive reviews on Trip Advisor and Dine Out.Minimum
A senior / preferably more mature candidate with YOUNG and INNOVATIVE ideas and a signature culinary style.Steady / stable employment record with decent employment history - no short stints.
Strong personality with an ability to motivate, inspire and discipline the team.Proven skills with food costing, wastage control and strict stock takes.
Ability to work from an extensive a la carte menu with several meat, fish and seafood signature dishes.Extremely computer proficient with working skills of Excel and MICROS Back of HouseOwn transport essential.
