Our client is a distribution partner for numerous market leading printer brands in the textile industry. They currently require a target driven hunter to acquire and maintain customers for the business.

3 Months Probation period after the probation period if made permanent the following inclusions will be made :

  • Inclusion onto Momentum day to day medical insurance. The company will cover this premium of R 289.50, in addition to the salary.
  • Employee to cover extra premium for spouse or any child dependents added.

  • Inclusion in the Companys Provident Fund with Liberty. The company will pay 5% (of monthly salary) and employee will pay 5% (of monthly salary) of basic salary towards the Provident Fund.
  • Minimum requirements :

  • Friendly, presentable and professional
  • Honest and reliable
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable in initiating conversations is essential
  • Structured and organised, work systematically
  • Proficient in English
  • Fast Learner
  • Pro-active problem-solving abilities
  • Focused on building customer relationships with new and existing customers
  • Computer Literate (Totally comfortable with Outlook, Office Word, Office Excel)
  • Own Transport
  • Duties will include but is not limited to :

  • Plan a weeks visits and make appointments ahead of time
  • Start the day with phone calls
  • Travel to meet prospects and customers
  • Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Keep record of all customer visits / discussions on in-house CRM system
  • Have at least 5 face-to-face customer visits in the field daily
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers (new and existing)
  • Must build trust and act as support for prospective sales
  • Educate customers on how our companys products and services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Sell the value proposition of company products
  • Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand a customers specific needs
  • Report back on customer visits to Team Leaders
  • Weekly submission of travel logbook
  • Attend Team meetings
  • Regular product training
  • Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand
