An established security service company is looking for an experienced individual to join the team.
The purpose of the Operations Administrator Clerk is to ensure the smooth functioning of all admin duties within the assigned office.
The key aspects of this position are to ensure that the appropriate calls are logged timeously, and that stock is correctly issued to technicians.
The administration of the position involves making bookings, arranging meeting, filing of paperwork, taking calls and general office duties.
Answer all correspondence
Communication with clients
Follow all procedures when :
Communicate with Head Office and Branch Staff
General Office Duties.
Maintain a neat and tidy working environment.
Req : Matric
English and Afrikaans.
Previous switchboard experience
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work under pressure toward strict deadlines.
